Once you’ve created your email address, you can access it straight away using webmail.
Webmail lets you check your emails from any browser - no setup needed.
Accessing Webmail
To access your email, go to:
???? https://yourdomain.co.uk/webmail
Logging In
Enter:
- Your full email address (e.g. hello@yourdomain.co.uk)
- Your email password
Click Login and you’ll be taken into your inbox.
Choosing a Webmail App
You may be asked to choose a webmail application (such as Roundcube).
You can select any option - they all allow you to send and receive emails.
When to Use Webmail
Webmail is ideal if you:
- Need quick access from any device
- Are using a shared or public computer
- Haven’t set up your email on a phone or app yet
Want to Use an App Instead?
For day-to-day use, we recommend connecting your email to:
- Your phone
- Outlook or another email app
This gives you a smoother experience and notifications.
