Everything on your account appears under Services in the Client Area.
Seeing your services
- Sign in to your Client Area.
- Choose Services in the navigation.
- You will see each service, the domain it is associated with, its status, what it costs and when it is next due.
Select any service to open it and see more, including the tools available for that plan.
What the statuses mean
- Active — running normally.
- Pending — set up but not yet live. This is normal shortly after ordering.
- Suspended — temporarily stopped. See What happens when a service is suspended.
- Cancelled — ended, and kept on the account for reference.
Which service is which
Your plan name tells you what kind of service it is. Ashford is web hosting you manage; Kingsley is managed hosting; Alderley is managed WordPress; Hawthorne is business email; Ellistone is an unmanaged VPS; Ripley is website care rather than hosting.
If a service is missing
Check you are signed in to the right account — services belong to the account that ordered them. If it should be there and is not, open a support request and tell us the domain name.
